What is the total cost for Fall Retreat and what does it include?

The total cost is $150 per person. That includes travel to and from camp, 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, camp material and camp t-shirt.

How do I pay for Fall Retreat?

Fall Retreat cost $150 per student and you can pay with cash at the church office, send a check by mail to Beulah Baptist Church, 1851 Old Mountain Rd., Statesville, NC 28677 or pay online by clicking this link to pay now.

Payment is due Sunday, October 13th.

How do we get to Fall Retreat?

We rent 55 passenger buses, these buses also hold our luggage.

Where is Fall Retreat located?

Fall Retreat is located at Camp Awanita in Marietta, South Carolina (2 hrs from Beulah).

What are the accommodations like?

We will be staying in large cabins that have bunk beds. Rooms can have anywhere from 12-16 students per room. We will pair students up in cabins the best we can with students their own age.

Are students allowed to pick who is in their cabin?

We try our best to pair students up with same age/grade and at least a few people they know. There will be at least 1 leader in each cabin.

Are we stopping for food on the way to or from Fall Retreat?

No, we will not be stopping to eat.

Can you have your phone at Fall Retreat?

Yes, but you only need to have them in the dorm. Do not let your phone be a distraction to your camp experience!

Does my child need to pack snacks?

Students DO NOT have to pack extra snacks but if they would like to they certainly can.

Does Beulah offer scholarships or pay for students to go?

If a student wants to go to camp but does not have the financial means of paying they need to handwrite a 1 page paper on why they want to go. All papers will be reviewed by Parker. We never want funds to be a reason a student does not go to camp!
